The zone of hunting in the small game
Hunting in the region of the city of Cardona (western South, close to the Argentine border)
Spread over 55.000 hectares of campo, meadows and cultures. We practise a hunting " in front of one " with pointers and go hunting with springers, inserting according to the choice of hunters, after noon of turtledoves crossed with incredible densities.
The zone of hunting for the waterfowl
Spread over 8.000 hectares of swamp, among which 1.400 hectares of ricefield, situated on the department of Cerro Largo, zone distributed near the city of Rio Branco ( Brazilian border). In spite of the drought which reigns for 3 years in Uruguay, thanks to the pumps of the rice growing, this zone is always in water, which guaranteed the presence of ducks.

During our last stay of hunting in July, 2009, we raised more than 250 partridges tinamou and 18 hares for a day of hunting. Ducks and sometimes snipes are shooted in flight during the hunting in dogs. The density of game is impressive, which gives to each one the leisure of very numerous shootings. Here, only natural.
The accommodation in the estancia " Rù anga " is the type rooms and hosts' table, big house of Campo, in a rustic but comfortable style, consisted of 5 big double rooms with bathrooms, a dining room and a spacious lounge equipped with a big fireplace. The construction is just like the campo " space and light " of which to take advantage in best of after hunting.
The table is of quality, products of the farm, notably lambs and sucking pigs, without telling about grills to the campfire, the desserts of Emy, which satisfy the most demanding. A French cooking, accompanied with a local note, the whole to satisfy our palace. With an Uruguayan wine of vine very correct merlot.
We practise a hunting at the past in the morning and at the end of after noon, Lodge of accommodation consisting of 4 double rooms is situated in the heart of the zone of hunting, thus no long and boring movement.
