Chasse des Etangs
The territory of hunting of 1750 hectares consists essentially of forest, integrates plains and private ponds. It is divided into 2 clumpss distant of 10 kilometres.
The silvicultural strategy facilitates the biodiversity and is favorable to the stationing of the big game (wild boars or roe deers).
On ponds, the waterfowl is regularly present (mallards, teals, snipes and knights). Several hundreds of ducks are raised from May on the ponds of hunting.
Woods are mainly constituted by copse under forest of oaks. The silvicultural strategy is to facilitate the biodiversity and is favorable to the stationing of the game.
70 hectares are occupied by young very dense plantations which constitute nature reserves for the big game (wild boars and roe deers) and woodcocks.
2 clumps constitute a single territory, hunted indifferently according to the opportunities (notably according to the presence of wild boars in such or such plot of land).
The young and the present big game on the territory of hunting allows to appreciate all the modes of hunting: in front of one in the pointer, in the billebaude, in beat, in the approach or in the hide.
The Chasse des Etangs benefits from 28 bracelets wild boars and 42 bracelets roe deers.
