PHYSICAL DIFFICULTY OF THE HUNTING: 1/5 accessible to all. Individual brocket hunting is very tiring because it begins at 03:30 every morning.
GUNS, AMMUNITION AND IMPORT FORMALITIES: Rifle with telescopic sight perfectly adjusted in 150 m, current calibers as 7 x 64, 270 Win or 7 RM for the approach or the hide. A quality sight with brilliant reticle can make a difference in the evening for Wild boars. If you have to equip yourself for beats, we advise you to use the following combination: R 93 synthetic or wood butt, Swarovski Z 6i 1-6 x 24 sight, 9,3 x 62 calibre with FIP ammunitions (developed by Mr Sauvestre), adjusted to 3.4 cms over the aim on 100 m. European firearms card is necessary for weapon import to Poland.
EQUIPMENT: Light hunting outfits for the approach with a good jacket, boots are advised for dewy mornings. The shooting tripod is supplied by the guide, but not the antimosquito spray.
Usual outfits for beat groups with fluorescent jacket and shooting stick. Good binoculars are necessary.
ACCOMMODATION: Forest house or hotel.
TRANSPORT AND TRANSFER: By personal car or by flight (example: Paris - Berlin with Air France (1:45 hrs flight with airport welcome, then ground transfer by the road to cross the Polish border.
They are Paris / Cracow or Paris / Warsaw flights by Polish Companies: Lot Polish Airlines (2:20 hrs flight, then transfer by road up to the hunting areas).
